displayed prices are subject to change based on the size, complexity, medium and scope of each indiviudal commission.

prices are listed in USD. i will also accept AUD, GBP or EUR; please reach out if you'd prefer to pay in a different currency.

you must provide clear and concise visual reference of the character you wish to commission work of.

payment is expected upfront. commissions are only offered via ko-fi unless otherwise discussed.

in case of a payment plan, the client will not receive the final work until final payments are made.

payment will be rendered via Ko-Fi or Paypal. if you are located in the UK/Australia, payment may be rendered via direct bank transfer. please get in touch with me if you'd like to do that

clients will have the opportunity to direct changes in the sketch stage of the commission. major alterations requested after a sketch has been approved will be reviewed on a case by case basis and billed accordingly.

i reserve the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference.

you are encouraged to ask for updates on your piece whenever necessary.

if a refund is necessary, the amount refunded will be judged based on the work completed. i reserve the right to reuse or resell the thumbnail of the commission to a different client.

i retain the rights to the work and the rights to display the work. if the work is intended as a gift, i will delay showcasing the work until the agreed upon time.

you may not profit from the work, beyond the resale of a physical item (not a printout of a digital commission).

i may recycle any preparatory works for other commissions or personal artwork.

any information collected as part of the commission process (i.e. emails for invoicing) and any other data sent over by the client will not be stored permanently and will only be used when necessary.

no work made by me may be used in any blockchain related technology, including any future techonological developments in the NFT and blockchain space.

no work made by me may be used in any aspect pertaining to generative AI or the datasets used to train such models. this includes any other future iterations of the technology.
